So last Tuesday at the gym I "bottomed out" and got the shakes. I went home after only 45 minutes on bike which is totally unlike me. The next day I felt awful and had terrible muscle cramps. Thursday went to see the doctor, she decided that I was very dehydrated and was told under no circumstance should I do any type of exercise until TODAY. I'm so excited to get back in the gym today. So the moral of this story is hydrate, hydrate, hydrate...it just isn't worth the muscle cramp ...Tuesday, November 2nd 2010
Well I had a kidney stone attack Sunday evening and finally passed it this afternoon. (My doctor thinks it was due to dehydration so I'll be more aware of the amount of liquids I intake in the future.) I'm really glad this is over because I was ready for a good cardio workout. I'm happy to report that I had a 3 hour workout at the gym tonight...5 miles on the treadmill.
