So last Tuesday at the gym I "bottomed out" and got the shakes. I went home after only 45 minutes on bike which is totally unlike me. The next day I felt awful and had terrible muscle cramps. Thursday went to see the doctor, she decided that I was very dehydrated and was told under no circumstance should I do any type of exercise until TODAY. I'm so excited to get back in the gym today. So the moral of this story is hydrate, hydrate, hydrate...it just isn't worth the muscle cramp pain and the set-back of missing a week of working out.
I'm pretty proud of that 1 lb loss this week which makes it 30lbs since Sept 2010 when I joined CK. It was hard to come by all things considered. Now I'm back to the gym and starting to formulate my holiday plan so I can make sure it's successful.
