I made some good and bad choices this weekend. Friday was not so great; I went out with some work friends and had fajitas. It was a terrible choice as they were greasy and made me so sick. I suffered all day Friday and most of Saturday as a result of that choice. Saturday I was sick all day and didnt workout which is really disappointing to me.
Sunday was much better day. I went out with a friend and hiked for an hour and then had 2 slices of pizza. I regard this as a good choice as I could have had 2 additional slices of pizza but choose not to. And guess what I wasnt starving to death and I didnt get sick from the pizza. So all in all much better choice for me. Now I dont plan on having pizza every week or even every other week. But its nice to occasionally indulge.
Today, I started the day-off correctly by having my nutritious breakfast and then my 20 minute cardio/strength session at the gym in my office. Im back on the eating every 2-3 hours and my protein count is up. Also Ive logged my meals and my workout. So a great start to a great week!!!
One good thing that happened to me on Friday is that someone finally told me the truth and that truth has set me free. I feel so much lighter knowing the truth. I hope everyone has a great week and gets one-step closer to reaching their ultimate goal of living a healthier, whole life.
