I just wanted to check in briefly today. I've been reading other people's blogs but haven't made the time lately to diary or blog. Through the holidays I did manage to keep up with working out almost everyday and trying to control my eating. I wouldn't say that I'm eating healthy but I'm not totally out-of-control eating mountains of food and calories. I've weighed in a couple of times this past week and found that I lost a few pounds. Today I got back on IT after a 2 week lapse. I have already done 45 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of weight training while at work. Now it's off to the gym for another 1 & 1/2 hours of cardio. I already feel tons better after 2 mini-workouts.
