Today I got back on IT after a 2 week lapse. I have already done 45 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of weight training while at work. Now it's off to the gym for another 1 & 1/2 hours of cardio. I already feel tons better after 2 mini-workouts.

I feel very fortunate that I did not gain while on this little trip down memory lane of not working out consistently or eating clean. What I learned over this time is that my body does not respond well to this mistreatment. After only a few days of eating badly I had started to have GERD again and for the last 4 days my joints have ached. My joints don't ache when I do 2 & 1/2 hours of cardio a day but they do when I eat badly!!!

I hope that everyone in cyber world had a great holiday season and is ready to kick some butt in the new year. It's time to get healthy.

200 crunches already today!
