Well today is my weight-in day. Lost another 5lbs. YEA!!! I had a great weekend. I had to work which would generally be cause for failure but not this time. So I'm headed into another good week.
I'm going to tweek my workout a little and start getting up earlier so I can do 45 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning. I'm also going to do 20 minutes of moderate cardio after my last meal of the day before bed. I've been told this will help me burn more stored fat. We'll see.

Five pounds?! That is WONDERFUL. I feel the same way about cardio, although I'm learning how beneficial toning is too since I began lifting weights consistently a couple of weeks ago. It's ALL good.
