Every Friday I have a 7am class.
I do not like waking up early.
I am not a morning person.
To rectify this, I simply stay up all night. Usually between Thursday into Friday, I am awake for roughly 25-26 hours before I get any sleep, and on a normal Friday - the amount of sleep is limited. Maybe 3-4 hours because I work Friday nights.

Not quite sure how I feel about yesterday.
I took the route of being lazy and just relaxing all day, and it didn't feel right. I know why too.
If you've been in a pattern for 8 or so months, it becomes a routine. It's what you are used to doing. When you take a day off from following that routine, you feel like you are missing something. I'm not saying that it's the first time I've sat around and done nothing since I got into my routine - but something was different about it yesterday....

Before and afters! I uploaded them here and also on my photobucket, because the images here are quite small.
The "before" was taken a little over a year ago after a comedy show featuring Rich Voss. I think it was maybe 2-3 months after I had surgery. So I'm pushing around 380 right here.

The pattern is always the same, it's just the day that changes.
I feel pretty good about yesterday. I was able to get my work out in, I kept my calories where I wanted them, and overall it just felt like a good day. Aside from being in class for the majority of the day, but that's the law of increasing opportunities.
Speaking of calories, I guess I should get this out of the way now - just incase. My target a day is 1200 BEFORE exercise. Whatever it comes out to after exercise is just...

It seems no matter how hard I try, I just can't get into Mondays. Maybe it's my fault for making it my busiest day of the week. Really, it's not even that it's busy - it's just long. I only have 2 classes, but both of them are extended periods so they are long, and they are spread out. So I'm just sitting on campus catching up on everything I didn't do over the weekend.
On top of that - I need to make sure I eat and work out.
It doesn't sound like much to most people, but it's overwh...
