I worked 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Tue. I worked from 3:00 p,m. until 2:00 a.m. and then had to be back at work at 6:00 a.m Tue. and worked until 4:30 p.m.

This was all for inventory.
Because I didn't want to miss a work out due to my work schedule I rode my bike 12 miles on Tue. before going to work. Most of my bike ride was up hills. I felt good that I got a work out in before going to work that afternoon. I took a nap when I got home on Tue. and went to bed early.
Wed. I was off and decided that I would take my normal ride to the beach. It is 20 miles out and 20 back so a total of 40 miles.

Can I just tell you on the way home I was afraid I was not going to make it. I had no energy to push the peddles.

We had to stop at a park along the way so I could lay down on the table and eat a fruit bar.
It is 10:00 this morning and I am in bed.

I learned that I have limits. I may feel o.k. at the time but I needed to set a better pace.
