I went to the gym yesterday to work out because it is raining here in Sunny California.

When I woke up this morning my legs were so sore from my work out.
I was surprised, because I only worked out for about 45 minutes.

I did three sets of 20 squats with 20lbs also 20 minutes on the elliptical, and free weights for about 10 minutes.
What a difference from riding my bike. I can ride my bike 15.6 miles an hour for 2 hours and not be as sore as I am from the 45 minute work out yesterday
