Walked one mile in woods with wife on leisurely stroll. Beautiful morning here. About 65 degrees and the sun is shining beautifully.

Walked 40 mins total on treakmill including warm up and cool down. 30 mins + keeping heart beat between 94 and 102 BPM. Did 2 mi total. Burned 310 tot cals and 194 fat cals. Good work out!


For anyone interested, I lost from 195 pounds stripped, to the present weight since October 4, 2004. I ate no special foods but dit cut down on high calorie items and ate a lot of high protein items (ie, egg whites, etc.) for the first six weeks. I am now eating all of my favorite foods but in much smaller amounts and not as many times during the day (excessive snacks).

I have been doing many crunches and working out on a Bowflex every day in addition to walking from one to three miles a day. This kept the flab from, gathering around my waist. Waist went from 42 inches to the now measurment of 36 inches. Feeling better now? Yessssssssssssssssssssss!
