OK, looks like I'll stay off the crunches and lower body exercises for a couple of weeks. Replace the leg exercises by walking more and on hills. Still too much pain in surgery area and the exercises appear to be prolonging the pain.

Unable to do crunches for the next few days because of scar tissue from previous
colon surgery. Crunches appear to aggravate the scar tissue area. Hopefully this
will pass soon.
