The photo today is one of the "tunnel" areas formed by over lapping trees and branches along our morning walking trail. It is about one mile long and about 75% in the wooded area, An enjoyable walk and sometimes we see wild turkey, deer and of course the many flowers, etc I snap a camera at. Today looks as it will be a beautiful walk.

You know, this used to be one of my most looked for and best day of the week because It ended the week when I was responsible for EVERYONE else and the last days prior to having a couole that I could call my own! Guess what?? Now that I am retired, that is no longer true and EVERY day is the most looked for day of the week. It all depends on your perspective, you know.:0

Weight=167#!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know, I,ve been thinking about moving back up to the 170# mark to see if I would have more energy, etc, I have found the last weeks as I've allowed my weight to climb a little I have been feeling better in many ways, Still trying to judge by my clothes fit also (with my extra working out with my BowFlex and more miles covered walking to see if some of the extra weight picked up is the good stuff called "muscle". We shall wait and see as I've decided to give it a try. Also this will allow me more GOOD FOOD that I love to enjoy. At 170 my BMI will still be in a very good range as I an six feet tall with a med to large body frame. We shall see. Widh me luck that it will be an overall improvement and not s RUN AWAY TRAIN~~~............~~~ But! One other thing to consider is, it is more difficult to build muscle at my age. :bang:

AAAhhhh, One of my greeeeat cheese, onion, pepper, sasuage and egg omletts with a side order of two slices of bread buttered both sides and three cups of sweetened and creamed coffee for a tot no of 999 calories!! A great start for the day huh. I better get to work!!!!

Don't you just love lanes made with the trees like that? We had storms popping around last night..they were saying winds up to 100 miles an hour. So glad they didn't ,as my beautiful trees would be gone.
You might be on to something, Jim, about the weight gain. Give it a try, who knows:kiss:
