Wednesday, May 16 2007 - A little rain cloud floating around up there today!
View RENIGEID's food & exercise for this day
Hey! A little rain forecast! We shall see
Ok, got about 1/4 of my pastures cut the last two days. Going to try for a little more this morn before the rain ,hopefully

arrives.
Youngest son finally came over last night to see his mother for "Mothers day" Do not really understand kids these days but guess a belated visit is better than none at all even tho she hung around the house all day Sunday looking for him and only lives about 1/4 mile from him.
Took some shots of the pond the other day and things are really beginning to "summer" up around the place.
Not much here in the sticks to blog about. So! Nuff said I guess.

Bess, we did that Sat morning. What a beautiful morning sitting on the pond pulling in enough bream for our dinner. Ebby loves to fish! Jim

My mom had 6 children, a boy died at 6 months. We all went to her house on Mother's Day, along with our kids. Finally I matured enough to think that was not much of a day for her....to have to cook for us all...so we started taking her out...bringing pot luck meals or getting something from the local restaurants..I am so sorry about the son...I have been down that road also..not good...No love like a mothers....we love unconditionally...
;)
Love the pic of lake....lets go fishing...forget the mowing...grab a pole..lunch and Ebby...I'll meet you there

Kids! I used to feel so bad when I would see my mother staying in all day Mother's Day just so she could hear from all of her children. Don't work too hard with the mowing. Love the turtle picture. Glad you're getting some rain. It's dry here, too. We are supposed to get thunderstorms this afternoon. Have a great day!
