Beautiful reflections in upper end of lake.
Well, here it is, 3:00 AM and awake again!
Oh well, a good quite time to reflect and work with photos while enjoying a good cup of fresh hot coffee. 
See! Good things CAN come from being unable to sleep in the wee hours of the morning.
Check out Mr Nut Hatch in the "after" photo. He loves to visit and partake of the nutty suet that Ebby provides for her feathered friends. Our visiting bird friends are a constant enjoyment for the "old folks" out here in the north Georgia sticks.
Ren, just walked around the corner and looked at me as it to say "What the heck are you doing up!!" He always enjoys a cup of ice creame with me in the evenings. Perhaps I can introduce him to the caffeine vice also.

Glad you're enjoying your quiet, and the photos are beautiful. It's not just old folks that enjoy the birds. At the zoo we had our picnic under a tree in full blossom with petals falling everywhere and the birds were all around us having their picnic too and my grandsons just enjoyed it. Now that I think about it, my cats love to bird watch too!

Your photos inspire me to get back into photography again, and get my butt back into a digital photography class! I have to get a new digital camera, though, because mine wasn't a classic and is now out-of-order and not working very well. Next time, I am investing in a classic one with changable lenses! My mother loves to feed and watch birds, too, and . . . don't tell anyone, but I love little finches and admire the bold beauty of woodpeckers! And lastly, I can relate to waking up before it seems sane to be up, but there is indeed a certain beauty in starting your day before the world starts up. Take care, Kristen
