Some of the flowers made it through the late freeze and are really pretty.
Off to do my civic duty on jury duty this week. Wonder if they will still be calling me when I am 99!

Another beautiful day dawning and thought of one more "Reflections"
Ebby and I had a great day yesterday, she cutting the lawn and I cutting another pasture. Then, off to dinner at Cracker Barrel and our usual spending spree at Sam's. I promise, no more Sam's on Saturday! Couldn't stir em with a stick!
Nothing unusual to blog ablog as you've already seen, so nuff said other than have a great Sunday Y'all.

Beautiful reflections in upper end of lake.
Well, here it is, 3:00 AM and awake again!

Oh well, a good quite time to reflect and work with photos while enjoying a good cup of fresh hot coffee.

See! Good things CAN come from being unable to sleep in the wee hours of the morning.

Well, nothing news worthy here in the sticks this morning except!!!!
1. The sun is shining brightly

2. We recently had some much needed rain

3. No doctor visits today!!!!! !!

4. Yard work awaiting.
Ok, guess three smiles are a plus over one frown, huh?
Yesterday checked on some new hearing aids for the old guy. Cost before all discounts was over $5000. Finally down to $4000..

Thinking about it, but is it a wise short term investment? HMMmmmmmm.

Not a lot of rain but in these dry conditions every drop counts!
The red headed woodpecker shown is getting a bill full of suet to feed his (her) young. A frequent visitor to the suet feeder along with other types of woodpeckers. They all love suet for the young.
Has anyone tried to grow tomatoes in a hanging basket or bucket. I am trying a couple this year to see what happens. Hanging them in the back yard (fenced in) to keep them from the deer who visit every night. Deer LOVE green...
