Hi friends, yup I am still alive and kicking. My very good friend Bess and her friend stopped by and visited with us yesterday afternoon. We had a great time, short but great, before they hit the road again heading south. Was great to meet up with her after so long on CK as a distant friend. Now we are closer (is that a word?) and the visit was indeed nice.

OK, I know I've been absent for a long time but I haven't forgotten my friends and still think of you often. As soon as the winter weather returns and I don't have so much outside work I hope to spend more time here again.

Weight still doing ok even tho I've gained back up to 174 pounds but still I am six feet tall so still in range.

Take care all and thanks for the many prayers sent up on Ebby's and my behalf. We had quite a scare again this week. They called her b ack in for another mamo and then back in for a bio. Thank God it turned out ok. If she makes it to Dec, we think all will be ok as five years clean seems to be the magic number. Hope so.
