Well, another day that I managed to wake up and smell the coffee. Looked outside and the sun was just coming up and was something to write poetry about. Absolutely breath taking. At my age, 76, waking up is poetry. :wink3: sixty seven degrees here in north Georgia this noon. Thanks Lord for another day of miracles.

Well a morning snack of vinigar and real honey, a light breakfast of one coffee with milk and sugar, one piece of 100% wholegrain bread, one egg white, two slices bacon fried crisp and a two ounce bite of my wife's homemade biscuits.

A nice workout on the Bow Flex, meanwhile sipping on a high protein chocolate drink between reps.

Then a light lunch of one slice of wholewheat bread, two ounces of macarone & cheese, two ounces of okra, two ounces of potato cassorole and eight ounces of sweet red wine.

So far 987 calories from food with a loss of 250 through exercise. Nutrients, 27% fat, 26% protein and 47% carbs. Not a bad start if I do say so myself. :wave1:

Now off to WallyWorld hunting for some good fresh fruit.

Gotta hold the cals to no more than 2000 for the day.

Sorry about boring you guys but just thought I would put a few thoughts to print.

Lotta shunshine to you folks, especially the stressed ones and those struggling with the weight. It does get better. I know.
