Well, back to the ole diet (correct eating today) and one more week until Dr release that will permit me to get back to my exercises I hope.

15 mins weight training (very light with 5 lb barbell)
30 mins wal;king outdoor @ slow pace (2 mph)

45 mins total (Guess a little is better than nothing, huh?) See Dr the 20th.
Perhaps he will release me to do a little more.

BP=132/71 with P=63 one hour after the dinner meal....

Well, I am back a week after colon surgery. Believe me, it's been no fun. Please everyone, get an annual colonoscopy (especially if you've ever had polyps removed) and perhaps you will not have to go through the pain and uncertainty I have experienced during the last few months.

This will be the second day on liquids only. Whew!! Where will the weight loss stop?? Will be glad when surgery is over and I can eat again!!
