Strange. I find myself unable to eat enough. This has never, AND I MEAN NEVER, been a problem. Obviously. But as I move forward with this lifestyle change and the changes take root and become more permanent, I am struggling to get to my Calorie Target.Saturday, February 18th 2012
I have been working very hard! Without doing any reading. I finally realized 2, maybe 3 weeks, CK came with home work. When I meet my Calorie Target tonight I will have completed all my tasks and the crown will be MINE!!!! VICTORY!!!!Friday, February 17th 2012
So distracted today. I'm actually writing from desk at work. Most unproductive day ever! TG the superiors are gone today. It's a good day, don't get me wrong. I woke up and weighed in. 2 more pounds lost. Not bad considering I had cake last friday, about 900 calories worth of liquor on Friday, 1200 on Saturday and 1050 on Tuesday. There's a lesson here I've learned and I'll share it at the end of my blog.Thursday, February 16th 2012
Feel so good about making the lifestyle change, 5 weeks +, still making better food decisions and exercising. Hope your days feel and are as good as mine.
