So....I'm plateauing. A bit disturbing. I am exercising, eating right (high protein, high fiber, low carb {carbs are: whole grains, fruits, veggies, nuts, beans...), sleeping 6-8 hours a day. The only thing I don't do is lift weights, yet. I'm still recovering from a pulled muscle (I hope, with my back).Tuesday, March 13th 2012

Usual weekend, burn more calories than I eat or don't eat enough because we're out and about as a family. Doesn't bother me anymore. Figuring a change in the normal rountine isn't bad. Maybe similar to muscle confusion? Anybody?Saturday, March 10th 2012
I am a work horse. I "shower" sweat when I do manual labor, which at this point is cleaning the house. I love it. Know what else I love? Green Tea. Hated all tea until recently. Like...flavored water...really? But, since I found out about green tea's properties, I been a chuggin' fool. Know what else. It has a lot of caffeine. That's nice.
