WTF?!?!

So....I'm plateauing. A bit disturbing. I am exercising, eating right (high protein, high fiber, low carb {carbs are: whole grains, fruits, veggies, nuts, beans...), sleeping 6-8 hours a day. The only thing I don't do is lift weights, yet. I'm still recovering from a pulled muscle (I hope, with my back).


Other than that, still taking pleasure in exercising and eating right. I love my new life today. Going on 3 months+.


So any suggestions are definately welcome. Here are my stats...

Beer. That's it. I'm "diabetic" (so says the ass in the white coat), so no wine. So...beer. Good. Can't afford prozac or other goodies. So, beer.

Usual weekend, burn more calories than I eat or don't eat enough because we're out and about as a family. Doesn't bother me anymore. Figuring a change in the normal rountine isn't bad. Maybe similar to muscle confusion? Anybody?



Anyways, exhaustion catching up to me. I usually don't fade this early but...it's almost like I'm getting sick again. I hope not. Tired of the cold/flu. Strange though, lips are chapped, finger tips dry and cracking, and left big toe has gone numb. What is up?...

Under Construction...

I am a work horse. I "shower" sweat when I do manual labor, which at this point is cleaning the house. I love it. Know what else I love? Green Tea. Hated all tea until recently. Like...flavored water...really? But, since I found out about green tea's properties, I been a chuggin' fool. Know what else. It has a lot of caffeine. That's nice.
