Hello Fellow CKers! Good morning, buenos dias, guten tag, allo, konichiwa, bon jour! Well another day of no more back pain, lots of protein and being stuck at a desk when I wanna go hiking. Got food poisoning last night at local sushi joint. Living in the bathroom for the last 7 hours. Just checked to see what was going on and VIOLA! 335 LBS...40 lbs lost from highest weight, 25 lost since starting CK.

I didn't know you could reset your nutrional targets. I did. Blowing some of them out of the water. But mostly the bad ones: Cholesterol, Saturated Fats, Sodium...etc. This protein diet needs adjusting.Saturday, March 17th 2012

Sooo, had a talk with my best friend, who just happens to be a personal trainer, and explaining my woes of plateauing to him. I gave him the run down on my eating habits (which I thought were spectacularly healthy, considering the alternative and my history) and he said I was taking in too many carbs. TOO MANY CARBS?! I eat good carbs like bananas, and apples, and oatmeal, and nuts. Healthy right? Right! Just not conducive to weight loss like a more carb-restrictive diet.
