I have lost 10 pounds, I think in the last 16 days. Huh? Nevermind huh, Will! I'll take it! Can begin to tell you friends how awesome I feel, even while suffering with a back injury and the flu. But that will be all over and done with by tomorrow. For sure.

Holy FenPhen Batman! Was at 344 on Monday, I'm at 341 today? What gives?! I haven't lost this much weight since back in the day when I was engaged in nefarious activities!!!
Sick. Very sick. Back still hurting from lifting gym equipment a couple of weeks ago. Feel like a puss sometimes. But I don't change my behavior for attention. So. Feels like body flu. Just achey and out of sorts.
To tell you the truth, I just want to get back to my regularly scheduled programming. Hiking, walking...

Today, and part of yesterday, I experienced total lack of control. Yesterday it was fast food from the Great Enemy McD. And today it was Dominos. Where did this come from? Well, another experiment: I'm sick.
Sunday, we went to an indoor playground (wife, kids and friends) and crawling around that gym I must have touched some infected piece of equipment. Feels like flu with cough. Can't get any rest. Back is hurt too from lifting gym equipment 2 weeks ago. It suck getting old.

Well, the wife is getting a much deserved night out/time away from kiddies. Problem is I get to have a couple of beers and my judgement allows me to eat more. Even when I'm not hungry. In the grand scheme of things, maybe not a big deal. But I am trying hard to toe the line.
Made a dramatic drop in weight this week. 4.5 lbs. I anticipate through diet and exercise I will drop more by Monday. Can't wait to hike tomorrow. I need it.
Time to clean house. Maybe I should log that as exercis...

Protein up, carbs down! Modification diet in process. Striving for a more accute, more excellent path! Reading as much as I can. Finding what will work. This is so exciting. I can't wait to go hiking. I want to burn calories, read labels, eat good food, exercise more, work out....I love this life. I think I'm giddy my back is better.
