Ok, day number 2. I pigged a little on Thai take out for lunch but even that was not too bad. Me and the hubby split an entree so it could have been allot worse if I had eaten the whole thing my self. I tried a spring roll and I officially hate tofu. Yuck, its mushy. I went out and bought some of my diet staples- vegetarian chilli and tomato soup. If I have those around, I tend to head for them first and not screw my diet. I have to say knowing I have a weigh in on Monday keeps me wanting to do well. Being at work tonight is going to be a challenge. We had a couple weeks off for the 4th. My boss is nice about shutting down during that time and Christmas and giving us a break. I tend to snack allot during my 12 hour shift but I set aside 5 or 600 calories so I can eat a little tonight. I am at 1080 today. I try to stick to 1200 calories on my days off and 15-1600 calories on my work nights. Maybe I will be busy and have all of my machines running fast parts so I will be too busy to eat. I have home work to work on tonight too. I am working so hard to get my diploma and I tend to do my home work at night when I have free time at work. Tonight is some leftover English and a ton of Science.
I have to say I am proud of my self. When I got up from my afternoon nap, I had raisins instead of junk. Hard but I am glad I did not screw up. Had a glass of diet pop with it. That helps my cravings too. Oh well hope fully I will be able to write how well I did tomorrow. I have a Tae Bo Cardio moving coming in for friday. ( My next day off. ) So I have that to do all weekend. Next week will be harder with being back to my long week at work. Oh well time to go.
