Another work day. I am once again going to be up for 24 hours. Thank God for my IPod to help me stay awake all night. I am trying to be a good girl about my eating. I am a carbaholic and I am ok with that. I am just happy to keep my calories low.

Today, I am going to bring fruits and veggies as snacks to work. If it is slow, I sit a decent amount. I usually walk at least 9000 steps (16000 most) a night even on slow nights so that is a good thing. I some times take my work time as quiet time. I like bringing a book. I only have to get up once an hour to check parts and box them. I only have to do my measurements once a shift at the beginning, so that is not too bad. Making up the boxes for the next shift takes the most of my time. And my inventory does not get done until the end of the shift. Some nights, I only make 60 or 70 boxes a night and some nights I can make 200. (Those are my really busy nights.)
I do not really like being on the night shift, but it allows me to be home with my kids allot and they do not have any formal kind of baby sitting. My sister in law watches them 4 to 8 hours a week so I can get a nap.
It is usually my first day off that I binge. I am usually so tired after working 12 hours and having to stay up till my older one goes to afternoon kindergarden and the little one takes a nap, that i try to eat to stay awake. BAD IDEA. I usually end up more tired in the long run. On most of my days to work, my husband is home. We work opposite days at the same place. (He works on the machines and molds on the dayshift.) Today he is doing over time. His friend should be back in 3 weeks. I cannot wait to see more of him again.

I am having major urges to eat and I am tired. I might try to take a nap later. I am trying to drink a ton of fluid right now to kill my hunger. Hope it work. I am fighting the urge to just eat and stay fat.
