Today I am starting over again. I took my measurements this morning and weighed in - shocking to say the least.

Day times are ok, nighttimes are the problem. I tend to snack and snack and snack....

Weight: 198.8 pounds

Measurements:

Neck: 15
Bicep (l): 13,5
Bicep (r): 13,25
Chest: 41,25
Waist: 38
Hips: 44
Thigh (l): 26
Thigh (r): 26
Calf (l): 15
Calf (r): 15.25

I will weigh everyday and take measurements once a week to track progress.
I will track my food and exercise daily.
I will aim for exercise 3 times a week of at least 20 minutes a week.
