Over the weekend I decided that exercise would have to be a priority if I am to succeed with this weightloss battle.

I decided to go to the gym every day during my lunch time.

This morning I got to work only to be informed our lunch times are being shortened. I still went to the gym, but managed only a 20 minute workout and quick shower before I had to be back at work. Better than nothing, I suppose.

If I can exercise 3 x a week consistently I will be happy. So, I am aiming for 5 days a week and hoping I will eventually end up with at least 3 sessions.

I am now following a mealplan that was done by a nutritionist for one of the sports brands here in my country. Let's see how it goes....
