My calorie intake is on target....until I do my workouts. Last night I had a -11 calorie intake. My target is 1000 cal a day and I really don't want to go above that. I'm in a quandry and not sure what to do about it. At this rate I'm never going to reach my caloric target and progress to the next bronze level. I could increase my calories and cut back on the exercise but I'm really not for that. I don't feel like I am starving... I like how this is working for me and I don't want to change it.
