1. When I'm in a stressful situation
2. When I feel let down about something that's happened to me
3. When I am angry with DH
4. When I feel like I need a reward

I look at food like it's the enemy. This happens especially when I'm really hungry and I can't have what I want (pizza, chips, cookies, etc....)

Every time I look at food I think about the threat it poses to my body. I used to think about food constantly, even after gorging myself. I was always looking out for "What's next?" This inability to be satisfied really scares me.

I am resentful when I can't have what I want and I have gotten too hungry. I get the urge to eat everything I see and if I can't have it I get so resentful, to the point where I'm in a bad mood and it affects the people around me.

I am afraid of not having food to eat. The fear of not having enough guides what I order at a restaurant, I always over-order and then eat it all even though I am beyond stuffed. I leave the table and 5 minutes later am asking "What can I eat next?"
