I am always walking, on the treadmill or outside, and my legs....are killing me. I do a lot of wii fit yoga and strength training hoping it will help my legs get stronger...I know the weight I'm carrying around isn't helpful....I decided to do upper body 3 days a week and the lower body 3 days a week and then combine then both 1 day a week. I hope this will help my legs not to hurt so badly. The other thing is that the left side of my body is MUCH weaker than the right side. By balance is terrible when I try to stand on the left side or perform activities with the left half of my body....I know strength training will help with this....I do see a marked improvement but I am not patient and I want it to be stronger NOW.

My weigh day is two days a way....I don't want to be disappointed with myself.
