I ended up goin to the chiropractor....he did some adjustments and it's better...he's put some kind of tape on my legs that run up and down the length of my shins..it's to keep the muscles in place and it's working so far...he wants to see my shoes.

I'm supposed to weigh myself tomorrow...but I don't want to. I am afraid that I haven't lost much and I don't want to be disappointed...

I hate the way I look when I see myself in the mirror.

I am using the treadmill everyday...walking three miles in an hour gradually increasing my speed. I am working out using yoga and strength training. I am getting stronger. I still feel like a fat girl.
