Its Monday and I am feeling low. My back hurts and I am having cramps. I feel like my body is coming up with excuses to why I can't exercise. I am so darn tired. I want to burn calories, I want to have energy. I really want to take a nap though. I think I am going to curl up with a heating pad, take some Tylenol and take a nap while the kiddies sleep. Maybe I will feel like hitting the gym after the hubbie gets home tonight. If not I am going to have to just make myself do atleast 30 minutes of cardio. I cannot start off the week already not meeting my goals.

Atleast I have stayed on track with calories,water and fiber. I am even going to make the fruit and veggie goal. Yippee

I hope you start feeling better! Cramps and back-aches always make me want to skip the work-out too, but Nadine's right, you'll feel better for it afterwards.

I hope you get to the gym, I know it always makes me feel better once I actually get to workout - no matter how many excuses I try to make
