Well I did it. I ended up on the treadmill last night even though I didn't feel like it! I am so proud of myself. I didn't feel good at all but I didn't want to mess up my goals for the week on day 1. I didn't by any means have an awsome workout, but I did walk for 45 minutes. Better than sitting on the couch and watching tv all night like I usually do.
I have a bible study to go to now so I have to get moving. I must exercise self control and not eat all of the goodies that will be available there to munch on. I am so bad about grazing in that kind of enviornment. SELF CONTROL ERIKA!!!! I can do it! I can do it! I will do it!!!
I will try and really push it with my workout this afternoon and do some core work also during nap time for the kids!
Goals for today:
Spend some time in the Word.
Cardio and core workout during kids naptime.
Stay in calorie zone.
5 fruits/veggies.
Get enough fiber.
DRINK WATER!!!! ( its 12:53 and I haven't even started this one yet-I am going to go fill up my water bottle now)
