I have had such a hard time recovering from the flu. Everytime I have felt that I am better, I get up and do some errands, or stuff around the house and then I am so tired and can barely keep my eyes open.
I am feeling somewhat perky today!!
I want to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. I want to run! I am going to get out and run when Jason gets home today. I hope I can. Its may be back to mostly walking after this long period of being sick??? I will get back to my goal. I will run a 5k one of these days. I have almost a whole year before my main race that I really want to be in--The Cooper River Bridge Run!!! I have always been in awe of that growing up--all those people on that bridge. I will do it next Spring!!!!!!!!!!!
I have all of these new goals set for Spring. All to be accompished by June.
I better get going.
Today has been good so far. I have been eating well. I will exersize. I will repeat tommorow. and the next day. and the next....... whether I feel it or not I just have to put one fooot in front of the other and JUST DO IT!. I will meet this goal. I have to get back on track.
I think I will go to yoga tonight too! I love the yoga class at the gym. I really would like to get some yoga and pilates videos to have for home too. Its so hard to go to classes at the gym at night. I miss spending the time with my hubbie.

BACK TO MY GOALS----
Tonight I will hit the gym.
Tommorow will be cardio at home.
Saturday will be cardio at home.
Sunday will be gym-Body Flow if possible. I have really missed Body Flow.
Hopefully by Monday I will have no more sick kids and can go back to mornings in the gym and start my New Rule for Lifting for Woman program!!!!
I have decided that I will plan to eat 1500 calories on non weight training days and 1800 calories on weight training days. This is the plan for the next 4 weeks. I will reevaluate at that point. I just cannot bring myself to do the high calories that the book recommends. I am going to stick more with CK, but try and really focus on higher protein on weight training days--maybe buy a shake on those days after workout???or a bar??? Something to up the protein right after the workout.

Weigh in day
I don't even want to talk about this. I was up an unbelievable amount of weight. So much that I don't believe it almost. 159.5 TOM is here... I have been sick and haven't exersized nor watched my diet really for a few weeks...but last Wed I was still my normal 155.????????????? could this all just be TOM and water retention from all the sodium from yesterday??? I am thinking it has to be. My rings are tight and I feel really bloated. I am going to try to not sweat it. I really think next Wed I will by 155 again, or even down some if I exersize daily again from today till then.......

DINNER--
Gotta cook dinner early tonight so that I can get out of here and to the gym and the family can still eat.
I am making a Vegetarian Lentil "meatloaf". Never made it before but the site I pulled it from people gave it rave reviews. I hope it goes over well with my family. I wanted to try and start working in more lentils and beans into our dinner.
