We have out of town guest and I have been working odd shifts all week. SO BUSY

I am having such a good time visiting with my Aunt and Uncle though.
I have not seen the inside of the gym in almost a week, but thats ok. I will get back to it after they leave. I have been a little lax in the eating relm with them here, but not out of control.
Today we went out to dinner at Maccaroni Grill-I had the Skinny Chicken dinner-it came with a huge veggie portion of roasted broccoli and asparagus and it was really good. I did allow one small piece of bread. I left half the chicken on my plate. I was happy with my choices.
We are going to grill out chicken and veggies tonight. Good choices for today.
Its been awhile since I blogged. I need to get back into the habit. I am more accountable to myself when I log, check in my accountability forum and blog it all out.
I am still hanging on at my 155-156 weight....not loosing a thing.....can't seem to get in the weight loss mode again....I am doing great with maint....but I need to loose atleast 10 to 15 more. It will happen at some point. I can't beat myself up. I have done amazingly well with all I have lost.
My highest weight was 220. I am not 155. Thats pretty amazing. I have maintained this weight since Nov.
Thats great. I need to love me and be proud of my accomplishments.
I have been in beat myself up mode over the last months, so also sabatoge mode I guess, since I haven't lost. I do great, then don't...for long enough that I don't end up sustaining any loss.
Anyways....I'll get there. I know I will. Just gonna take time for this final part evidently.

CONSISTANCY AND PERSISTANCE-----this is my NO EXCUSES MAY GOAL. I need to get my exersize routine back to where it is ingrained, an automatic necessary part of my day.
My race is July 4. I need to start getting it in gear running wise big time.....I can only run 25min straight right now.....gotta add that last mile still to get to my 5K goal. Only have a little more than a month now. I have slowed down in the training here....gear back up next week. My guests leave on Tues.
