I was 222.5 this am right out of bed. This was a pleasant surprise since I didn't swim yesterday and did munch on some crackers Cath bought and I'm not sure how many I ate. I guess this less exercize less food strategy is working. If I make it to 215 before the end of Feburary I should be in great shape to start cycling again. Lots of exercize today. Hip feels good. Swimming coming along. My wight was 224 after BM this AM. I'm concerned I'm not eating enough but I'm not hungry. Don't want to go into starvation mode. I guess I'll keep doing what I'm ding since the weight is coming off so fast.Wednesday, January 17th 2007
Got on the scale today and I was 229.5. It's not my weigh in day but I had to peek. Things seem to be working. I'm not riding and only getting half the exercize I would normally be getting this time of year. My hip is better but not healed. Hopefully the lay off will work. Noticed today that the first time I did CK my start weight was 213!! What I would give to be there today! FunnyTuesday, January 16th 2007
Two weeks and 5 pounds a good start. Hip feels OK but not perfect.
