Rode 53 miles. The Saxonburg-Butler route. Felt great for the first 2.5 hours. Last hour I was a little wheezy. Will try taking the albuterol with me for longer rides. Calories burned was 2800 and consumed 550 during the ride. Need to increase that some the deficit may be part of the fatigue. Cut the grass immediatly afterward. I did have my Myoplex first. Will see if wheelmen are riding in the am. That should be a nice long slow one.Friday, October 8th 2010
Went to a mexican place last night and searched for a healthy dish. Picked this chicken dish but when it came if was drowding in queso
. Gave it a good guess and met my target thanks to exercize but I could be way wrong. I guess the scale will tell the truth next week....

Felt better on the bike this am. Foot is still an issue but don't understand that is seems to come and go? Weigh in was not good 237.2. I was expecting that this was not going to be a strait line but with all the work I did I never thought I'd be up 2 lbs! Reviewed all my data and believe my plan is solid. I do feel better and belt loop is one down. Hopefully this will show on the damn scale next week.Monday, October 4th 2010
Didn't want to ride this am but I got out there. Actually was stronger on hills after getting the first lap around the lake. Looking forward to weigh in Tuesday. Foot still there but not a big issue.
