I have increased my bike ride from 90 min as week to 6 hours a week. :clap: I also am going to the gym twice a week. I am losing weight slower now than when I didn't ride and go to the gym.:bang:
I need to keep track of my feelings because I am beginning to get discouraged.
My husband is so supportive he rides with me and cooks for us.
He encourages me to take lunch to work ,and has even been excited for me to buy new clothes when the old ones were to big.
He supported me in not one gym ...
