132.8 again

Well my 131.8 was short lived. :angry2: Like a dream. I am beginning to think my name is 132.:bang:
I have come to a place where I have to make peace with the number.:huh:
I'm not un-happy with my body, it could be better, but I know I am healthy. I am doing things daily to
live a healthy life. I am proud of my accomplishments.:clap:
I am not rationalizing . I have lost over 30 lbs gone from a size 14 to a 4. I need to give the scale a rest.:look:

I know 2/10 of a lb is not a lot of weight, but at last I got to see something different than 132 on the scale.:alien3:
We rode our bikes 12 miles last night because I worked an hour overtime. :nono2: I was proud of myself because, in addition to being late to take a ride, my son and grandchildren had just dropped in.:bigeyes3:
I hugged them quickly, put on my bike clothes and ask them to watch us ride up the big hill.:cool1:

How quickly those calories add up

o.k. so today I had 1601 in calories before exercise.
It seemed like nothing for food. :devious:
I did get my green check. :eyebrows: I lost 320 calories from exercise for the day so I am like 81 over.:blush4:
I had a salad for lunch. It's not like I am eating pizza or anything. Calories add up so quickly.:huh:

I am tired. Did the gym this morning with trainer.
Ended the day with a hour bike ride.
Thank you Red Henny my trainer said the same thing you shared with me.
I need to do shorter rides and ride harder, or ride longer rides.
When at the gym do more reps or more weight. I hit the plateau you talked about.

We rode bikes for 90 minutes last night total of 20 miles. :thumbu2: Had a nice time, still a little hot at 6:00 p.m:dead2:

Took my lunch to work today. :clap: I plan on going to the gym tonight for an hour, after dinner.
Tomorrow I work out my trainer he's always is so encouraging. Did I mention he kicks my butt.:afraid4:
Work was very physical today, getting ready for inventory.
