30 mins walking on treadmill including warm up and cool down. Twenty three (23) mins at 3 1/2 MPH and 10 degree incline. Starting heart rate=62 BPM and max heart rate attained during exercise=97. Five mins after ending workout, BP=144/85 and Pulse=70. Still coming down from workout. Calories expended=303 and fat cals =189. Good workout.
