Morning anyone up and about and (or) reading these early morning thoughts (?). Ebby up sick again this morning at 04 hundred hours. Very stubborn woman, will not see a doctor about these morning sickness problems of about three or four nights a week.

So tell me, are all women stubborn?
Well, a busy day ahead any way so an early start will just help keep things easier to accomplish (I sincerely hope).
Have planned our morning walk, workout, trip to dentist and then some time at one of our local home
and garden areas to pick up a few things.
Just a couple of still photos I found interesting at one time. The "Mighty oak" tree in the south pasture always inspires me every time we walk by it on our daily walk. I guess at my age one inspires easily, eh?

The other is one I took one day when I spied a cloud that provoked an interesting thought. Look at it and I think you can envision the hand and or power of a Supreme Being at work. Who or what else could create such a beautiful vision? See! There are so many ways and places to do a little worshiping if one so desires. Yes!

Now, please don't get me wrong and think I am pious. I realize that I too, have "feet of clay". Big feet!
Hey! Back to my "target weight" this morning!!!!!
Twenty nine (29) mins working out upper body (circuit) on Bow Flex. (05:30 hundred hours)
Hope all have a wonder day as I expect to have. Jim

Good job with the weight!
 I've been up since 3:45 a.m. today too. Yes, all women are stubborn. I hope she caves in on this one, though. Hey, you stole my cloud picture! I was in the parking lot on Saturday and saw the most beautiful clouds. I regretted not taking the time to snap them, but you got them, I think!
:) One of the paintings I sold was a monochromatic (one color) of a huge tree in front of a house. I was at an art show and this guy kept coming back and looking at the painting, and I knew he wanted it. His wife kept talking him out of it. The second time he came back, I gave him a card with my email address and when we started talking, about grandkids, etc., he decided to buy it, and his wife told him to go ahead.
:) I almost didn't bring it with me to the art show!
