The butterflies are returning!! Ebby and I spent most of yesterday repotting her ferns and bush hogging one of the pastures. Also staked the tomato plants to keep them from breaking in the wind and also when the fruit begins to get too heavy. Love this weather!!!! Although a lot of the flowers were killed (first blooms) they are beginning to come back now.Ebby and I were both awake this AM at three o'clock so just got up and worked on our computers for awhile. I found it was a good time ...

Photo is of major, my roddy that I had to have put down at the age of nine because of his hips. A sad day.The weather is getting so pretty I cannot stay inside! I bush hogged one pasture tnis past monday and plan on doinf another one today.
Oh yes! Had a darn jaw tooth pulled (cut out) yesterday and not much sleep last night even with pain meds.
Weight this morn= 166#....................................................................................................................

Believe spring is here at last! Photo is Ebby ready for her walk. You can see the martin gourds just off to the left in the photo. We used to have a colony of over a hundred but over the years they have declined to almost zero. We believe they were killed over the years by storms during migration.Have new computer system up and running now. Hope to be back blogging very soon. Have a nice day everyone. Jim
