Argh. I wasn't that inconsistent this week, and after I do my run this afternoon, I will have met my exercise target for the week.
Honestly? I think it's water weight. I am PMSing in a major way (complete with a two-day migraine, that was fun) and I did have a bit more alcohol than I should have last night - although I did record it.
Damn.
I'm not giving up or losing faith in myself... but still.
