I really, REALLY hope to see a good loss tomorrow, especially after last week's abomination (real gain + water weight gain). I've been awesome on my calories and have increased the intensity of my exercise, so I don't really see why I shouldn't see some kind of loss this week.
Started Week 4 of Couch to 5k yesterday, and I did surprisingly well. I was completely freaked out by the dramatic increase in run time and thought I'd never make it, but I paced myself and ended up doing just fine, even managing a push at the end. Nice!
I am really enjoying my runs... I can't decide which I like more, running in the morning or in the evening. The morning is fresh-smelling and serene and perfect for introspection, and the evenings are sweet and warm and interesting because people are outside doing stuff.
I'm looking forward to being at the beach this weekend. Hopefully I'll be a few pounds lighter!
