Had a loss this week, so I guess I shouldn't complain.

However, the CK weekly report thing scolded me for losing too much weight from last week to this week... which I'm not real happy about. I was PMSing in the worst way last week and was retaining more water than a sea sponge, so it's no wonder there's a 2 1/2 pound difference between last week and this week!

One thing I'll admit that I am struggling with a bit, though, is the whole calories thing. I can never seem to be consistent, but I never miss my target by very much - sometimes I'm just 150 calories under, sometimes I'm just 150 calories over. It's not like I'm eating 500 one day and 2,000 the next... but CK still squawks at me for inconsistency.

And I find that exercising REALLY messes me up... especially if I take it into my mind to do gardening and yardwork, which I definitely count towards my exercise totals. Gardening really burns up those calories, especially the way I do it - no machinery, just my hands and a hoe. By the time everything's said and done, I've burned 700 calories which I then have to "make up" - and sometimes I'm just plain NOT hungry.

Grr.

Anyway, I'm going to count my blessings, continue to do my best and be happy with my progress this week anyway.
