Another weekend bites the dust....

Let me preface this by saying, I don't know anything, but I believe in certain things, except for this: I know I shouldn't be so hard on myself......but, I've been very easy on myself for so long. I'm still learning balance. I believe that this is a journey and not a race. That being said, I blew it again this weekend. On many levels.

First off, I ate 3600 calories Friday. 1800 of which were in one meal. Then on Saturday, instead of hiking, getting on the treadmill or doing the P90X, I took...

OMG...

i JUSt blew it. I'm feeling super sick. Had about a 1800 calorie meal with my family eating out. 2 triggers. Wife and weekend. I should have known better...6000+ sodium...I feel like crap. Fat was overboard too.

I can't blame anyone but me. I didn't say no or check nutritional info. This is a reboot. I'm disgusted with myself. I should throw it up, but that's opening up another can of worms.

Any suggestions other than exercising?

I didn't know you could get a crown for blogging?! Wow!

Hello Fellow CKers! Good morning, buenos dias, guten tag, allo, konichiwa, bon jour! Well another day of no more back pain, lots of protein and being stuck at a desk when I wanna go hiking. I feel like I need to exercise more for longer periods because the fat loss is slowing down again. I wanna see numbers drop.

But I'm in it for the long term. I paid for a year long membership after all!

Got food poisoning last night at local sushi joint. Living in the bathroom for the last 7 hours. Just checked to see what was going on and VIOLA! 335 LBS...40 lbs lost from highest weight, 25 lost since starting CK.

Doing the deal...

I didn't know you could reset your nutrional targets. I did. Blowing some of them out of the water. But mostly the bad ones: Cholesterol, Saturated Fats, Sodium...etc. This protein diet needs adjusting.

Life is so hectic. Love my kids but...the drive me up the wall. Mama wasn't kidding. Payback.

Live and learn, aye?
