7:19Am 204Lb. 8 days no pop
Well, after feeling so guilty about eating the ice cream last night, I am down another pound. What a relief!
On the 12th of may I weighed 218. I have dropped 14 pounds in 10 days. 9 of it was due to the flu I got on the night of Friday the 13th that lingered all through the 14th. Then I cut out pop and cut sugar and limited my salt. So water weight played a big part in it. Still it is nice to be fitting into my clothes better. Who cares how it happened.

Feeling good. The hubby wants a pecan cake and that is cool because I love to bake. If my calories are low, I can have a small piece.
Took a quick walk to the store earlier. I feel kinda bloated. I need to drink some water and watch my salt.

Did a bunch of house work. Floors so needed cleaning. I love clean carpets. My kitchen is clean enough for now. Got to go through the fridge and yank it all to lysol in there and wipe down all of the jars and such. Ditched all of my left overs. I do not eat as much so there seems to be a lot more left.
Flirting with the idea of some cake. I am only at 900 calories so I can have it if I want it. Some bazaar part of my wants to leave it that low. I totally do not snack any more so i always have enough calories left at the end of the day for what ever I feel like. I get nervous if I go above 1500 though.
I have to say the one thing I love is eating very little all day so I can have some decadent treat at the end of the day. Why eat a treat if it is only so so? I have to love what I am gonna have or it is not worth wasting the calories. Getting set in some "safe" foods. I need more fruit in my diet though and some more veggies. I am kinda achey.
