I ended up goin to the chiropractor....he did some adjustments and it's better...he's put some kind of tape on my legs that run up and down the length of my shins..it's to keep the muscles in place and it's working so far...he wants to see my shoes.

I'm supposed to weigh myself tomorrow...but I don't want to. I am afraid that I haven't lost much and I don't want to be disappointed...

I hate the way I look when I see myself in the mirror.

I am using the treadmill everyday...walkin...

I am always walking, on the treadmill or outside, and my legs....are killing me. I do a lot of wii fit yoga and strength training hoping it will help my legs get stronger...I know the weight I'm carrying around isn't helpful....I decided to do upper body 3 days a week and the lower body 3 days a week and then combine then both 1 day a week. I hope this will help my legs not to hurt so badly. The other thing is that the left side of my body is MUCH weaker than the right side. By balance is te...

What makes me eat?

1. When I'm in a stressful situation
2. When I feel let down about something that's happened to me
3. When I am angry with DH
4. When I feel like I need a reward

I look at food like it's the enemy. This happens especially when I'm really hungry and I can't have what I want (pizza, chips, cookies, etc....)
