I ended up goin to the chiropractor....he did some adjustments and it's better...he's put some kind of tape on my legs that run up and down the length of my shins..it's to keep the muscles in place and it's working so far...he wants to see my shoes.Wednesday, March 2nd 2011
I am always walking, on the treadmill or outside, and my legs....are killing me. I do a lot of wii fit yoga and strength training hoping it will help my legs get stronger...I know the weight I'm carrying around isn't helpful....I decided to do upper body 3 days a week and the lower body 3 days a week and then combine then both 1 day a week.
