MAY 24, 2010: I am back on the road again! I'm using the Beck Diet Solution and the government food pyramid. I reviewed my last year's weight chart and it could look worse. So far I've maintained a 20-lb weight loss since I joined CK in March '08. I've gained about 7 lbs since December 4, and that's finally gotten my attention.
