So today was weigh in day! I stepped on the scale knowing I had a good first week. I stayed in my calorie range and I exersized most days. My period just started though so I told myself I would not be upset if I didn't loose anything. Guess what???Monday, February 4th 2008
I am feeling really motivated today. I got a treadmill for home yesterday and I am so excited! Now on busy days I don't have to go to the gym. I used it last night and this afternoon. It enabled me to go to a friend's for a playdate this am instead of the gym and get my workout during nap time.Next »
