As a 5"10 male, the fat charts indicate that now, I'm really fat.
209+ (BMI of 30+) = OBESE
Below that number = REALLY FAT
I'm very happy that I've crossed the threshold, but man - I have a long way to go.
When I'm at home and look in the mirror - I have this perception that I'm doing great.
Funny, when I go to the gym, I look like the fat kid in the room!

I've had so much success on this program. I'm down about 13lbs, and have stuck to a strict workout regimen - going to the gym 6 days a week, running at 3 miles + lifting weights each visit.
Yesterday was basically a success, except for last night, I had an extra bowl of weight-loss soup. Big - deal, right? Well, it was when I stepped on the scale this AM.
I was counting on this day to get me closer to my end-of-week goal, but it didn't happen.
